What material is my shirt? We primarily use shirts that are made with 100% sustainably grown cotton. This means the shirts are subject to shrinking with warm washes and drying cycles.
How should I care for my clothing? For maximum durability, we recommend you wash all clothing on cold delicate cycles, and tumble dry with the lowest heat setting.
How should I care for my accessories? For all accessories and mugs, we recommend hand washing only.
How long should my order take? All of our products are custom made to order, so please allow a few business days for your order to be completed and shipped. We will do our best to complete all orders in a timely fashion.
What happens if my order is defective upon arrival? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an e-mail at thatsmutshop@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can work with you to make it right!
